This dispenser can be used for the mass processing of PCBs in inline operation or cassette-to-cassette and features the following functions:
- XYZ linear axis system on a granite base
- Adjustable conveyor belt for PCBs with a width of 40-150mm
and a maximum length of 250mm
- Heated PCB dispensing station with a mask press mechanism and/or vacuum suction
- Can be used inline (SMEMA)
- Height detection with an accuracy of +/-5 um
- Substrate camera with ring light and/or a coaxial optical link
- Diverse dispensing valves, such as spindle, needle, and pressure/time valves, or volumetric dispensing
- Valve heating
- Retention vacuum on the cartridge for low-viscosity bonds
- Cartridge level sensing
- Scales for media control
- Needle wipe mechanism
- Blow pulse for removing needle drops
- 3-D needle measurement
